General Equal Treatment Act
The General Equal Treatment Act (called AGG on the following pages, German abbreviation) is colloquially often called the “Anti-Discrimination Act”. This is for good reason, as it is intended to protect both applicants and employees from discrimination. Discrimination based on (among other things) ethnic origin, gender, religion, disability or age is thus prevented. As an employer, it is not only our duty to take action against discrimination, but also to train our employees and executives on the AGG. In this course you will learn everything about the General Equal Treatment Act and receive a certificate upon successful completion.
