Welcome
to the AGG training course!

What does AGG mean?

The General Equal Treatment Act (translated from German “Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”; abbreviated AGG) is also colloquially known as the “Anti-Discrimination Act”. There is a good reason for this, as it is intended to protect both applicants and employees from discrimination. Discrimination on the basis of (among other things) ethnic origin, gender, religion, disability or age is thus prevented.

As an employer, it is not only our duty to take action against discrimination, but also to provide our employees and employees in management positions with professional training on the AGG. In this course, you will learn everything about the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and receive a certificate upon successful completion.
